Data Collected
As part of the automation services it provides to its clients, Upwwward may access the following data through Google APIs, with the express authorization of the account holder:
- the email address of the connected Google account;
- data from the Google Business Profile listings managed on behalf of our clients (listing information, published reviews, and replies to those reviews).
Use of Data
This data is used solely to provide the services requested by our clients, such as retrieving Google reviews in order to publish them on the client’s own website.
It is never sold, rented, or transferred to third parties, and it is not used for advertising purposes.
Upwwward’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Retention
Data is kept for the duration of the service engagement and deleted afterwards.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
You can revoke our application’s access at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
